Welcome to Chanel Richie LLC ("we"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our coaching services and Lux Film LLC products. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services

Chanel Richie LLC offers professional coaching services, while Lux Film LLC provides tripods and lights. Our services and products include, but are not limited to, individual coaching sessions, group sessions, workshops, tripods, and lights.

Coaching Services

Appointment Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24-Hour Cancellation: If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee. No refunds will be provided for these cancellations.
No Refunds on Coaching Calls: All coaching calls are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your appointment and notify us more than 24 hours in advance, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. This policy is in place due to our fully booked schedule until September 2024.

Product Sales (Lux Film LLC)

Refund and Return Policy

No Refunds: All sales of tripods and lights are final. No refunds will be provided.
Store Credit: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for returns of tripods and lights, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally during all interactions with Chanel Richie LLC and Lux Film LLC. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless you provide written consent to disclose specific information.
We are obligated to disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Limitation of Liability

Chanel Richie LLC and Lux Film LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, our services, or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the services or products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
